Your Program, Your Way

Gone are the days of generic, aimless workouts, or random mash ups of exercises with no thought behind them. Your individualised program, designed by expert coaches, will be written specifically for you with considerations made for your experience level, goals, needs, injuries, and preferences.

Affordable Personal Training

We know first hand just how life-changing traditional 1-1 personal training can be. But those life changing benefits can come at a cost, and one that is often too much for some to afford. By sharing your session in our small group environment, we're able to bring the cost of personal training down to a more affordable level, meaning that you're able to get even more training sessions in and progress towards your goals even quicker!

One Program, Many Coaches

The traditional PT model generally means you're locked in with one coach, and you become beholden to their availability. You might not always get the training times that work best for you, and if they get sick, or take a holiday, etc, it's your training that gets impacted. You either miss a session, or end up with another coach filling in who doesn't know what's going on.

Our small group model means that ALL of our coaches use the same system, and you can pick the times that work best for your schedule. Whichever coach you have for that session will know exactly where you're up to with your program, when it's time to push you to progress, and all of the other information they need to help deliver an amazing service.

Make Friends, Build Community

Want to go to a gym where you can put your headphones in, not speak to anyone, and avoid all human interaction? This probably isn't for you! 

Our sessions are fun, social affairs where making friends is unavoidable. When you sign up for our small group PT sessions, we find the times that work best for you and lock them in! That spot will be reserved for you every week (unless you need to reschedule). One of the benefits of this is that you'll see the same people week in and week out and build deeper, more meaningful connections over time.

Everything You Need, When You Need It

Our program is delivered through a custom StrengthXP training app which you're able to download on your phone. This means that your coaching doesn't end when you leave the gym. 

Whether you're walking through the supermarket, on your lunch break at work, or on holiday somewhere exotic, you're able to access all of your coaching resources and see what you've got coming up.

This app also allows us to offer a much more holistic approach to health. Alongside your fitness program, we also offer a host of supplementary resources to help you on your journey, from recipe books to recovery guides, mindset and goal setting resources and lifestyle habit accountability. Plus the app allows direct two way messaging to your coach to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
