Our Classes
Our group fitness classes are expertly designed to help you improve a different aspect of your fitness so that you can get strong, be fit, and move well.
Each class is designed with beginners in mind, so none of the exercises found in classes are overly technical or complicated, with low-impact options always available.
We also believe that fitness can and should be enjoyable, so we try our best to make each class as fun as possible!
