About StrengthXP
StrengthXP isn’t just a gym—it’s a game-changing approach to fitness for those who’ve never felt at home in traditional gym spaces. We’re here for the ones who have always wanted to get stronger but felt intimidated, judged, or just plain lost in the fitness world. Our private, appointment-only space is designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and completely free of the toxic gym culture that keeps so many people from discovering the life-changing benefits of strength training.
At StrengthXP, we believe fitness should be empowering, not punishing. We focus on strength training that enhances everyday life, helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence—without chasing arbitrary aesthetic goals. Our approach is weight-neutral, emphasizing progress that matters: lifting your kids without back pain, carrying groceries with ease, or just feeling more capable in your own skin.
We know that starting something new can feel overwhelming. That’s why our small, tight-knit community makes it easy to show up as you are, no experience required. Whether you’re lifting your first dumbbell or leveling up your strength journey, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. At StrengthXP, you’ll find expert coaching, personalized programming, and a supportive crew that’s got your back—every rep, every set, every step of the way.

Owner/Head Coach
Meet Tim
I grew up as an athlete, playing rugby league for 15 years and getting my start in strength training at 15 when my parents bought my brothers and me a weight set to complement our football training. Strength and fitness were always part of my world—but over the years, I realized that the fitness industry wasn’t built for everyone.
Most gyms are designed by people like me, for people like me. But what about the people who don’t see themselves in those spaces? The ones who feel like they need to get “fit” before stepping foot in a gym? The ones who don’t want to chase a certain body type but just want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their own skin?
With years of coaching experience and a passion for making fitness accessible, inclusive, and fun, my goal is to help people find joy in movement and discover what their bodies are capable of. Whether you’re brand new to strength training or looking to build on what you already know, I’m here to help you take that next step—without the pressure, without the ego, and with a whole lot of support.
