WHAT IS STRENGTHXP?
Regular gyms not your vibe?
We get it.
The majority of commercial gyms are kinda boring, overly-serious, and honestly, pretty judgy,
The fitness world has long since been a place that tells you you're
not good enough as you are and that you have to fundamentally
change who you are as a person if you want more love, sex, acceptance,
and success in your life.
StrengthXP is something completely different.
At Strengthxp, WE Embrace human diversity, including body and size diversity. We recognize that people come in all kinds of shapes and sizes and the idea that we need to fit into a particular aesthetic mold in order to be considered "fit" is laughable at best.
We're taking on a very modest goal of completely re-writing the script around what "fitness" looks like, aiming to make it less intimidating and more accessible for everyone who has ever felt excluded from traditional fitness spaces. we have an approach to health and fitness that very few in this industry are willing to align themselves with. StrengthXP is a truly body-positive and WEIGHT-NEUTRAL fitness space that believes you can't judge someone's health status by their appearance, that fitness doesn't have a 'look', and that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect as they pursue what health and fitness means to them.

Pursuing improved health and a better relationship with your body doesn't have to be boring. It can, and should, be fun and full of joy. Our slightly nerdy take on things is simply one way we try to embody that.
At StrengthXP we believe that life is essentially just a great big role playing game (RPG).
We get to decide what kind of character we want to play, what abilities we want to level up, which quests we want to pursue and battles we want to fight, and ultimately which direction we want our story to take.
The reason we love strength training so much is because with each workout, we gain a little XP (experience points), get closer to gaining a new level and unlocking cool new abilities (like being able to do your first pull up!).
More importantly for you, we believe that strength training is one of the best ways to build a growth mindset, level up our characters, live more adventurously, and become the hero of the story that is our lives.

Our Services
Group Training
Our larger group classes are a great way to complement your training! Each class on our timetable is expertly designed specifically to target a different training element, so that no matter what day you attend, you'll achieve a holistic, balanced level of fitness. Group classes repeat for 6 weeks blocks to help you build confidence with the movements and make real progress.
Semi-Private Coaching
Experience the best of both worlds with our four-to-one semi-private coaching.
You'll get all the dedicated attention and a custom workout program designed just for you at a fraction of the price of 1-1 personal training, plus the energy, fun, and accountability of a small group of others training
alongside you.
Private Coaching
For when you need a little extra push, or some dedicated 1-1 attention from a coach, we also offer private
personal training.
This training option is perfect for if you want to workshop exercise technique. get some guidance on goal setting and fitness testing, or if you have a suuuper specific training goal that group coaching wont cover.
Private sessions can also be booked by groups for
between 2-20 people.
